Reservations: School tours are by RESERVATION only. We will no longer be able to accommodate groups that do not have a reservation.
Arrival on time is extremely important for maximum enjoyment by everyone! Upon arrival please have your group remain on the bus while the group leader meets with our representative. If your group will be arriving in cars, a representative will assign your group a meeting place. Please keep your group in this area.
Parking: Cars and buses will be directed where to park. Please have your drivers use extra caution in this area.
NEW PAYMENT METHOD THIS YEAR: Payment is due upon arrival by one designated leader per group. One teacher and one teacher aid per class are free. Chaperones accompanying the children on the field trip must pay their admission through the school. Any parent that has not paid with the school will be charged a higher rate at the gate. There will be no exceptions! This is to ensure that everyone goes out on their tour at their scheduled time. Please bring your completed confirmation sheet with your payment. It is the teacher’s responsibility to have the correct count of how many people have paid for the field trip. We will be giving you stickers for everyone in your group that has paid. Once you give us your count and you have paid, you will be given the correct number of stickers that you paid for, including stickers for the teachers.
